Enrollment Process
   KIDDIE-KOPIA PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT
FOR THE 2012/2013 SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS: MARCH 1, 2012

All currently enrolled families will have first come/first serve
enrollment opportunities until March 8th. On March 9th we will
begin enrollment from our wait list and current inquiries.

New 2012/2013 Enrollment Forms must be
completed and full payment of deposits made
before enrollment will be confirmed.

To assure that you receive the schedule you wish,
please complete all requirements as soon as possible.

2. Mail to Kiddie Kopia:
  • Completed Enrollment Forms
  • $175 Enrollment Fee & $75 Supply Fee ($250.00 Total)
  • Copy of Both Parents Drivers Licenses

Enrollment will not be finalized until ALL complete enrollment forms are received
and the enrollment and supply fee is submitted. We are also required to have a
copy of the parents' drivers licences on file.
Preschool slots are not reserved unless the forms and fees are received. As the
children are Kiddie-Kopia's top priority, it is often difficult to reach us by phone.
When phoning for program information, please be sure to leave a detailed message
and your call will be returned within 24 hours.

BIRTH DATE ENTRY REQUIREMENT
We use Boulder Valley School District September 30th date as a "guide" to make
appropriate admissions decisions and determine if a child is ready for our program.

For admission into our preschool program we are - in general - looking for children
to be 2 1/2 by September 30th of the year of entry, or turn 2 1/2 within a few weeks of
that date. We know that children develop at different rates and birth dates alone do
not always determine developmental readiness. Therefore, it is required that the
child applying for admission come to the school and meet with the staff or an
informal assessment. The assessment appointment does not ensure enrollment
acceptance into the school, but we feel that your child is the best judge of character
and will be able to help you and us in the admission process. Careful thought and
consideration is taken with all candidates.
